The Opportunity
We are looking for a warm, thoughtful, and dependable individual to serve as our Studio Concierge & Hospitality Manager.
This is the quiet heartbeat of our school.
You will care for the space, support our teachers, and create small, meaningful moments that help every family feel welcomed, seen, and at ease.
This is not just a task-based role.
This is meaningful work that brings beauty, order, and belonging to a growing community.
In this role, you will:
Care for the Space

Stock and maintain supplies (paper goods, sanitizer, etc.)

Tidy and organize shared spaces, closets, and materials
-
Care for plants and help maintain a calm, beautiful environment

Update and refresh bulletin boards
-
Reset the studio so it always feels welcoming and ready
Create Connection

Write birthday cards and thoughtful notes
-
Prepare simple welcome materials for new families
-
Create small touches of care (we missed you notes, recital encouragement, etc.)
Support the Director

Run local errands for supplies and materials
-
Deliver flyers and outreach materials
-
Print and prepare materials for classes and programs
Product Fulfillment (Weekly Mailing Work)
This role also includes a dedicated portion of time supporting Crystal Boyack Music Studio, our sister business.
You will help prepare and ship Wee Violin books and instruments to families and programs across the world.

Carefully package books and instruments

Manage weekly mailings and shipments

Track inventory and restock as needed

Maintain a simple, organized shipping system
This work is steady, hands-on, and detail-oriented—and an important part of sharing this work beyond our local community.

The Essentials

Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation for errands and local deliveries

Ability to lift and carry light supplies and packages

Comfort working independently

A natural sense of care, presence, and attention to detail
Schedule & Details

5 hours/week (one consistent day)

Thursday OR Friday, between 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Location: Nob Hill, Albuquerque, New Mexico

Start Date: ASAP

Follows the APS school year calendar (minimal summer hours that can be done at home, regular hours resume in fall)
Compensation:

$20/hour

Bi-Weekly Payment

W2 Employee
Additional Benefit:
As part of this role, we offer 50% tuition for one child in any of our programs (Music Together, Ready Set Violin, Suzuki Violin) while you are actively on our team. We love when our team families are part of the music and community.
